Refund Policy

Transparent, fair, and automated. We ensure that both clients and creators are protected through our cancellation and refund framework.

Full refund is applicable if cancellation is made 48+ hours before the scheduled shoot.

50% refund if cancellation is made between 24–48 hours before the shoot.

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot.

If a creator cancels the booking, the client is entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Studio booking cancellations follow a separate cancellation policy defined by each studio listing.

Refunds are not applicable once the shoot has commenced, regardless of shoot outcome.

In case of technical failure or platform error during payment, refunds will be initiated automatically within 48 hours.

Disputes regarding deliverables (edited photos/videos) are not covered under refund policy — they fall under the creator's individual agreement.

No-show by the client without prior notice will be treated as a forfeited booking with no refund.

Automated Processing

Most refunds are initiated automatically within 48 hours of cancellation. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
