Booking & Payments

Simply browse our marketplace, select a creator or studio that fits your needs, and click 'Book Now'. You can discuss details via chat before making the payment to confirm your slot.

We support all major payment methods via secure gateways, including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets (Razorpay/Stripe).

The price listed on the platform is inclusive of all platform fees unless specified otherwise. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs at checkout.

For larger projects, some creators may allow a split payment (advance + balance). This will be clearly mentioned in the booking details.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full refunds are applicable for cancellations made 48+ hours before the shoot. 50% refund for 24-48 hours, and no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior.

If a creator or studio cancels your booking, you are entitled to a 100% refund or a free rescheduling to a future date of your choice.

Verification & Quality

Every creator goes through a multi-step verification process, where we audit their portfolio, past client reviews, identity proofs, and equipment quality.

We act as an intermediary. While we don't control the creative output, we can mediate disputes and help find a resolution if the deliverables don't match the agreed scope.
